‘IdolPlanet’ follows Jang Jisoo, the newly appointed, young Chief Group Director of the withering MnS Entertainment, a small music entertainment company. Jisoo is beginning to lose hope towards their dream of creating a successful K-Pop group, until a meeting with MnS’s mysterious CEO, allows Jisoo the opportunity they’ve dreamt of. To prove their worth, Jisoo must debut a successful group from MnS Entertainment's pool of trainees within the next six months. If they fail, Jisoo must resign and repay all funding and resources used in the process.
